Terms of Service

1. Welcome to Florify

By using Florify (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Florify is a marketplace that connects independent florists ("Florists") with people who'd like to buy bouquets ("Buyers"). We are not the maker of the bouquets — we're the quiet little hallway between you and your local florist.

2. Mystery & Customized Bouquets

The contents, color, stems, and styling of every Mystery, Florist's Choice, or customized bouquet are determined entirely by the Florist fulfilling the order — not by Florify. We do not select, curate, photograph, or guarantee specific flowers, varieties, or arrangements. Seasonal availability, regional sourcing, and the Florist's creative judgment will shape the final bouquet. By placing an order, you accept that the bouquet you receive may differ from images shown for inspiration, and that no two bouquets are identical.

3. Orders, Pickup & Freshness

Orders are pickup-only at the Florist's location unless otherwise noted. Florists are responsible for the quality and freshness of their bouquets at the time of pickup. Florify is not responsible for the care, condition, or vase-life of flowers after they leave the Florist's hands.

4. Payments & Refunds

Prices are set by Florists. Florify may charge service fees, which are disclosed before checkout. Refund eligibility is determined by the Florist's policy and applicable law. Disputes should be raised first with the Florist; Florify will mediate in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

Bouquets may contain pollen, fragrance, foliage, or floral materials that can trigger allergies or skin sensitivities. Buyers are responsible for noting allergies in their order and for the safe handling of received flowers, including keeping them away from pets and small children where appropriate. Some common florist flowers are toxic to cats, dogs, and other animals.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Florify lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the Platform, attempt to circumvent Florists' fees, harass other users, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All Florify branding, copy, and design elements are the property of Florify. Florist photography and bouquet designs remain the property of the respective Florists.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Florify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the bouquets ordered through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Florify (excluding amounts paid to Florists) in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Florify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
